FIELD: chemistry, mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: device contains cylinder case, pipeline of initial water, system of flow distribution, pipeline for sediment removal, system of thin-layer settling, made from set of cones, located coaxially with formation of ring chinks between them, whose lower cone is simultaneously cone of chamber of suspended layer, which is made in from of two truncated cones, located coaxially and forming closed space. Pipeline of initial water is placed on tangent to cones of thin-layer settling system with supply of initial water autonomously under each cone through system of flow distribution, connected to initial water pipeline. Cones of thin-layer settling system are made with hole in lower part, are placed with large bases upwards and are rigidly fixed on cylinder case, lower cone of suspended layer chamber being cone part of device case.

EFFECT: increase of degree and rate of water clarification and reduction of dimensions and material-consumption of device.
