FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: powder parts are loaded into working chamber filled with actuating medium. Actuating medium is represented by baked metal balls with density identical to density of processed parts. Parts are mixed with actuating medium in the process of their joint motion under effect of vibration. After treatment parts and actuating medium are separated, and parts are unloaded.
EFFECT: higher quality of treatment due to avoidance of chips in parts and provision of maximum amount of collisions and microcutting of balls.
