FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely preparation of power composition suitable for making different parts of engines.
SUBSTANCE: powder composition contains iron containing powder, additives, lubricating agents and fluidity enhancing matters. Iron containing particles are bound with particles of additives by means of melt and then solidified lubricant for forming aggregated particles whose surface is coated with matter enhancing fluidity. Particle size of such matter is less than 200 nm and they are taken in quantity from 0.005 up to 2 mass %.
EFFECT: possibility for making powder composition having minimized trend for dust formation and segregation, high fluidity of powder suitable for cold extrusion.
