FIELD: oil and gas production industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to petroleum and gas chemical industry. Soot and gas spray dowstream the carbon black production block is supplied successively via scrubber 1 to cooler 2. Then gas-vapour mixture is passed successively via separator 5, compressor 3 where gas is compressed to 3 MPa and tube furnace where mixture is heated to temperature 200-250°C. Heated gas-vapour mixture is supplied to head of catalyst case 4 and from the bottom gaseous product is supplied via additional cooler 7 to three-phase filter separator 8. Discharged from filter separator 8, natural gas liquids are supplied to holding tank 9, flue gases to gas neutralisation module and water is combined in a single stream with water produced in separator 5 and supplied to scrubber 5.

EFFECT: emission reduce of hazardous substances.
