SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to the methods of elimination of neurotic stammering. The method includes carrying out of speech trainings; during them say command phrases by their multiple repetitions. Command phrases are said in a shouting manner within 2-20 minutes with the greatest possible loudness, distinctly and measured, thus the sound goes from a diaphragm. Command phrases are said until the vocal apparatus owing to weariness already physically cannot reproduce a phrase as loudly, accurately and distinctly. After that pronouncing of command phrases in a shouting manner stop and start to say the same phrases in a voice with normal loudness, in 2-3 minutes after start to say command phrases in a shouting manner with the maximum loudness, accurately, distinctly and measured and further alternate pronouncing of command phrases in a shouting manner and with normal loudness. Perform speech trainings from 30 minutes till 1.5 hour for one speech training daily or in day within several months until the stammering person will be able to say command phrases in a shouting manner with the greatest possible loudness, accurately, distinctly and measured within 15-20 minutes without interruption, thus the voice should sound purely and sonorously, and total of speech trainings should be individual.

EFFECT: decrease of severity level of a stammering.
