SUBSTANCE: module of dry chemical fire fighting can be used both at volume, and local suppression of fire at various objects, including motor transport, power (electrical cabinets, cable channels), also for manual and remote (to a semi- or automatic usage). The module contains tubular case 1 in which with replaceable gas generator 2 placed in it with a charge of the solid condensed substance 16. Membrane 7 is pressed to case 1 with cap nut 4 by means of washer 6. The case of gas generator 2 is equipped by cover 10 and ends with truncated cone 19 blocked by opening element 20. The distance between planes of an aperture of truncated cone 19 and apertures for emission of gas-powder admixture exceeds half of internal length of case 1. The relation of mass flow of the gas-powder admixture in a second to the volume of generated gas totals 0.05-0.1. The module provides increase of efficiency of suppression, operational convenience, safety, expansion of area of application.
