SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy and can be used for coating molds and cores. The non-stick coating contains, wt.%: aluminochromophosphate binder - 12-15, technical lignosulfonate - 0.2-5.0, bentonite - 0.5-3.5, dextrin - 0-4, leucoxene concentrate - 55-60 and water. Titanium dioxide, which is part of the refractory filler - leucoxene concentrate, is a chemically inert substance with high fire resistance and does not undergo polymorphic transformations when heated. Technical lignosulfonate improves the wettability of the molding sand and strengthens its surface layer. Dextrin together with bentonite increase the structuring of the coating and thereby increase its sedimentation stability.

EFFECT: obtaining a casting with a clean surface due to increased heat resistance and crack resistance of the non-stick coating.
