SUBSTANCE: dispersants based on copolymers are obtained by polymerization a) 5-70 wt % of one or several monomers selected from group, which includes ethylene-unsaturated monocarboxylic acids. Amins of ethylene unsaturated carboxylic acids, ethylene unsaturated dicarboxylic acids and their anhydrates, in each case with 4-8 carbon atoms, as well as monoethers (meth)acrylic acid and two-atom alcohols with 2-8 carbon atoms, b) 1-40 wt % of one or several monomers, selected from group, including ethylene unsaturated compounds with sulfonate or sulfate functional groups, c) 10-80 wt % of one or several monomers, selected from group, which includes ethylene unsaturated compounds of polyethyleneglycoles with 1-300 ethyleneoxide links and end OH-groups or groups of simple ether-OR', where R' can represent alkyl, aryl, alcaryl, aralkyl residue with 1-40 carbon atoms, d) 5-80 wt % of one or several monomers, selected from group, which includes ethylene unsaturated compounds of polyalkyleneglycoles with 1-300 alkyleneoxide links of alkylene groups, containing 3-4 carbon atoms, and end OH-groups or groups of simple ether-OR', where R' can represent alkyl, aryl, alcaryl, aralkyl residue with 1-40 carbon atoms. EFFECT: obtained dispersants preserve diluting action for a long time.
