FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing of L-lysine or L-threonine includes plating of bacteria in a medium for producing and secretion of L-lysine or L-threonine, collecting and allocation of L-lysine or L-threonine from the medium. Thus the specified bacterium represents bacterium Escherichia which possesses ability to produce a L-lysine or L-threonine, and where the specified bacterium is modified so that normal function of maleic enzyme in a cell is broken and where maleic enzyme is coded by the sfcA gene and/or the b2463 gene.
EFFECT: high degree of efficiency.
