FIELD: refrigerating engineering.
SUBSTANCE: refrigerating facility has control chart specifying period of defrosting unit operation on base of constant or variable algorithms of defrosting; control chart is designed to maintain defrosting unit operation time till temperature of fresh food stuff chamber does not exceed specified ultimate value at specified time; if door has not open been opened after late process of defrosting. The method of control of refrigerating facility allows determining time of defrosting completion.
EFFECT: facilitates reducing user's cost for power consumption and reducing number of defrosting procedures, due to till temperature (T1) couniting.
