FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: comprehensive medication is combined with laser therapy. Laser therapy is differentiated considering duration of the disease, exacerbation rate, cardinal clinical syndrome intensity, catalase antioxidant activity, observed accompanying hepatobiliary, gastroduodenal and extraabdominal pathologies, observed complications. In the newly diagnosed pathology, duration of the disease is less than 10 years, in infrequently recurrent clinical course and observed evident pain syndrome, catalase antioxidant activity equal to 400±47.5 mcat/l and more, paravertebral coetaneous magnetic-laser exposure of wavelength 0.89 mcm, pulse power 7 Wt, pulse frequency 80 Hz by a contact stable method on standard exposure fields - a projection of head of pancreas, a projection of DNA bulb, a projection of gall bladder, solar plexus at the level of Th7-Th9, symmetrically with exposure time for one field 60-120 s, course of 10-12 procedures. Duration of the disease more than 10 years, incomplete pain syndrome, catalase antioxidant activity equal 200±45.7 to 400±47.5 mcat/l require intravenous laser exposure of wavelength 0.63 mcm, radiation power at an end face of a single-use intravenous light pipe 1.5-2.0 mWt, duration of procedure - 20 minutes, course of treatment 7 procedures. If duration of the disease if more than 10 years with observed frequent recurrent clinical course, severe aggravation, catalase antioxidant activity equal to 200±45.7 mcat/l and less, observed complications and accompanying diseases, there is prescribed combined method that involves daily consecutive intravenous and coetaneous exposure by said technique.
EFFECT: method allows reducing relief time of the cardinal clinical syndromes, lowering aggravation rate, normalising processes of lipid peroxidation, and prolonging remission.
