FIELD: chemistry; mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: filter comprises case with inlet and outlet branch pipes, filter element and device for its regeneration. In the filter case on the shaft the filter element from disk plates and fillings between is collected. The fillings and disk plates have a central square hole and grooves on the lateral surface. In the disk plates, the drainage channels equidistant from the centre are connected among themselves, with the lateral surface of the filter element and the outlet branch pipe on the attachment flange by means of grooves in the fillings. The shaft with the filter element is connected with the casing by means of a bearing and sealing unit and is connected by a clutch to the rotor of the electric motor, and the outermost disk plates of the filter element are connected from one side with the armour of the casing, from the other - with the support. In the device for regeneration of the filter element of the electric contact manometer is connected with the switch of the electric motor with the capability of switching-on, switching-off on the set magnitude of pressure difference on the filter. On the outlet branch pipe a valve with the capability of connecting the internal cavity of the filter with the discharge line during rotation is established.
EFFECT: reduction of loss of working liquid on regeneration of filter element and simplification of device for regeneration of filter element.
