SUBSTANCE: invention refers to piping shutoff valves and can be used in wellhead equipment of oil and gas wells. Sliding shutter includes housing with supply and discharge connecting pipes with flanges, disc-shaped damper on rotation axis with gear rim, drive of damper in the form of steering wheel fixed on the shaft with gear, sleeve seats with end and radial seals. Gear rim is made in the form of sector with cone-shaped teeth and installed in radial bore on end surface of disc-shaped damper. Gear is cone-shaped and installed in the bore of housing on the shaft installed along one of the end surfaces of disc-shaped damper. Shutter is equipped with the cover plate installed in side bore of the housing and pressed with a crown nut so that contact is formed between them. In addition, shaft is equipped with a retainer bushing located in the bore of the housing below the installation place of conical gear.
