FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to unloading of railway cisterns with thickened and solidified high-viscous oil products. Device consists of SHF-generator, which is rigidly fixed to wave conducting circuit, cover-screen and radiator. Cover-screen has shell and is arranged with edges tapered to the center and diametrically-installed openings with threaded bushings for screwing of plugs with ventilation channels and bosses in the top part, and is installed on cistern neck through ring that has shell, lock with sealing screening gasket, plates with grooves and riders for cover-screen. Bottom seating surface of ring is made in accordance with dimensions and profile of cistern type neck top subject to SHF-treatment and has annular groove with sealing screening gasket. Ring is tightly pulled to the neck with collapsible hatch bolts with thumbscrews, and if they are not available - with special riders.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of heating of thickened and solidified high-viscous oil products in railway cisterns, reduction of unused SHF-radiation leak into surrounding space.
