FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to closure devices, in particular to process covers intended for fixation of washing device position inside neck of railway cisterns and to method using cover. It may be used in pressurised reservoirs, truck tanks and other vessels, inner surface of which must be washed from various hydrocarbon contaminations. Cover comprises cover body with flange, where hole is arranged to install device of upper drain, lowering, arranged as pipe-in-pipe and equipped with devices for supply of washing detergent to washing machine and air into tube space, accessory for relief of excessive pressure in tank, arranged as vertical labyrinth with the possibility to arrange facility for opening of lower valve in tank vessel, device of suspension for transportation of cover, elastic seal between flange cover and neck of tank vessel. Cover is equipped with additional facility to supply washing detergent with nozzles installed on it to wash bottom parts of tank vessel, inner lowering pipe to supply washing detergent is arranged as split, and at its lower end there is a hydromechanical hinged nozzle installed to fix at least two washing rotary machines, besides to supply washing detergent into each of washing machines, cover is provided with drive, which changes its location and is connected to hydromechanical nozzle. Cleaning method applies universal process cover according to the invention.

EFFECT: invention provides for convenience of operation, reliable sealing and quality of inner surface washing independently on composition of transported oil products even in case of emergencies.
