METHOD OF REPAIR OF ROAD SURFACING Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC E01C7/08 

FIELD: building, road works.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a road making and can be used at selective repair of the deformed asphalt-concrete road surfacing. The technical result: increase in durability and working life of a reconstructed stretch of road, and also 2, 5 times decrease in the cost price of works. The method of repair of the road surfacing, including levigating of the material of an upper part of a coating with preliminary heating, injection of plastification substances with hashing, leveling and consolidation of the received mass in a road-building mix. Thereat perform an asphaltic concrete warming up in places of a deformable road surfacing to temperature of 120°C within 5-8 minutes, scarifying of heated asphaltic concrete during 5 minutes, having receded on 10-15 cm from lot edges of the heated repaired coating, add plasticiser in the obtained mix in amount of 0.6 kg/m² and cold asphaltic concrete in amount of 100-150 kg/m², consecutive condense places of "jointing" of a repaired lot of the road surfacing on perimetre, and then - its middle. Completely cover the repaired lot with waterproofing liquid and create a coarseness of a coating on it using scattering of aluminum silicate.

EFFECT: increase in durability and working life of a reconstructed stretch of road and also decrease in the cost price of works by 2.5 times.
