FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: device includes electrocontact sensor, computer, overload direction indicator, overload amount indicator, data processing unit, overload level excess indicator and overturn prevention unit including 'OR' element, key, comparison circuit, constant generator and signaling unit. First and second inputs of overturn prevention unit are connected to respective 'OR' element inputs, output of which is connected to control input of key. Key output is connected to third input of overturn prevention unit, output of which is connected to first input of comparison circuit, second input of comparison circuit connected to output of constant generator and output connected to signaling unit input. First and second inputs of overturn prevention unit are connected to respective outputs of electrocontact sensor, while third input is connected to computer output.
