FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: projection system contains first optical part, second optical part and third optical part, each optical part contains at least one optical lens. Second optical part additionally contains imager, third optical part additionally contains at least one light source and deflecting element mounted between first and second optical parts, directing source light to second optical part and transmitting image light emitted from second optical part to first optical part displaying light beam. Deflecting element is designed as transparent prism with reflective coating on one of its sides.
EFFECT: provision of projection optical system.
