FIELD: technological process.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of tests and output control of thermoregulators with sensitive manometric elements, which include thermal phial and bellows filled with steam and liquid mixture, and is intended for assessment of functioning of thermoregulators of relay-sensor type. Thermoregulators are installed with their sensitive elements into liquid thermostat, and together with thermostat they are installed into pressure chamber with system of pressure control, at that preliminarily appropriate mode is set at thermoregulators, ranges of mode temperatures are recorded into controller of control system, data of experimental curve that reflects dependence between temperature of actuation of thermoregulator contact groups and pressure in pressure chamber. Due to effect of pressure at thermoregulator bellows in accordance with experimentally established dependence of pressure from temperature in environment of temperature detector, time of output control is reduced in preset modes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of control with preservation of bellows operability.
