SUBSTANCE: method of aftertreatment of patients with contractures of a knee joint includes carrying out of physiotherapy exercises, exercises with items, mechanotherapy, and treatment by position under the control of goniometry indicators. Before physiotherapy exercises sessions spend blockade of a femoral nerve on the side of the damaged extremity, entering 20 ml of a 1% solution of lidocaine and 0.3 ml of 0.1% of an adrenaline solution. Blockade is spent by 2-3 times in 10 days on a course of physiotherapy exercises of 30 days, and activity begins in 1 hour after blockade. Perform mechanotherapy by performance of exercises on the apparatus of passive working out "ARTROMOT". In the days of blockade in addition spend a postisometric relaxation. All process of aftertreatment passes under the control renovasography and Doppler sonography.

EFFECT: painless augmentation of volume of movements in a knee joint; circulation improvement in a lesion zone; depression of cases of complications and reduction of terms of regenerative treatment.
