FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical rehabilitation, physiotherapy, therapeutic exercises, and can be used at the stages of both inpatient rehabilitation after total knee replacement and at the health resort stage in the early postoperative period. A complex of physiotherapeutic actions is carried out for 10 days, daily, based on the following actions: 1) laser therapy with low-intensity laser radiation from the apparatus "Azor 2K", a contact technique in a pulsed mode with frequency of 80 Hz, radiation power in pulse of 6 W, duration of 4 minutes per area of the operated knee joint – 2 minutes per anterior and posterior zones; 2) magnetic therapy with a low-frequency alternating magnetic field (AFV) from the "Polus 2" apparatus to the operated knee joint, a solenoid inductor, a sinusoidal continuous mode, frequency – 50 Hz, magnetic induction – 1.5 mT, intensity – 3, duration of the procedure – 15 minutes; 3) individual therapeutic exercises with performance of exercises for strengthening of muscles of thigh and shin of operated leg with increase of duration of trainings during the course; 4) classical medical massage of cervical-collar zone – 15 min; 5) exercises on the apparatus "Artromot" for the operated lower extremity with increase in the duration of the exercises and the amplitude of movements during the course; 6) exercises on a robotic biomechanical simulator with biological feedback CON-TREX, alternating a classical isometric mode of operation and a passive mode as a rest, for the muscles of the operated lower extremity with duration of 20 minutes; 7) a course of physiotherapeutic effects is carried out with underlying administration of anticoagulant preparations.
EFFECT: method provides faster relief of pain and oedema syndrome and, accordingly, earlier expansion of range of motion in the operated joint (already from 3rd day from the beginning of rehabilitation), reduced risk of developing knee joint contractures with better tolerance of the rehabilitation complex by the patients.
