FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves causing forced reversing relative rotation of articular ends about longitudinal axis of one of adjacent segments in given boundary angles area within the limits of anatomico-physiological articulation boundaries by applying force produced with bidirectional drive at least to one of adjacent segments. Relative rotation is initiated with given torque applied to at least one of adjacent segments according to the first version. The torque is selected in a way that it does not exceed torque value causing pain feeling to occur at least during the final stage of relative rotation near at least one boundary angle. The force is applied so that it does not exceed the force value causing pain feeling to occur at least during the final stage of relative rotation near at least one boundary angle. Acceleration is set to assume maximum value at the final motion stage at least in one direction.
EFFECT: wide range of functional applications; optimized kinematical and dynamical mechanotherapy parameters.
