FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: physiotherapeutic complex for stimulating blood circulation of the cardiovascular system comprises base (1) on which a limb flexion-extension mechanism is placed. Mechanism consists of two frames, each of which is made of two sections. Sections of the frame are hinged to each other and form hip lodgement (5) and shin lodgement (6). On the base there is control panel (23), a power supply unit and a translational movement drive of the limb flexion-extension mechanism. Metered pneumatic compression mechanism is installed on the extremity flexion-extension mechanism and consists of a turbocompressor connected by flexible tubes (3) to pneumatic cuffs (2). Part of the cuffs is fixed on the hip lodgement, and part – on the shin lodgement. Translational drive motor is connected to the carriage. Hinge-lever mechanisms of transmission are equipped with the first and the second closing links and are connected by intermediate hinge of the first closing link, which is conjugated with one of hinges of the second closing link. Other hinge of the second closing link is connected to the hip lodgement. First closing link is connected by hinges at its ends to the shin lodgement and to the base with the possibility of cyclic flexion and extension of the lodgements by means of translational movement of the carriage, which is transmitted to the transmission.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of blood circulation stimulation due to maximum approximation to physiological movements imitating operation of muscular-venous pump for bed patients without possibility of natural operation of this pump during walking.
