FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: valve includes an end face of the flange with an aperture in it, the valve case, the first cavity formed in the case of the valve for reception of a delivery tube, inserted through an aperture in a flange end face, the concave section close to the first cavity and a groove in the case of the valve. The medical apparatus including the pumped up cylinder, is made of a polymeric material, the cross-over valve with a groove, crossed attached to the cylinder cover. The valve end face is located flush-mounted with an external surface of a cylinder and covered with elastoplastic for bond of a cylinder and the cross-over valve.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of a return stream through the valve; an easy insert and change of the grout pipe.
