FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: overweight correction device comprises a bladder wherein a valve assembly is mounted; the valve assembly consists of a hollow body and a flange with an opening coaxial to the body; the flange is attached to an outer side of the bladder and hermetically coupled to a proximal portion of the body made of silicone rubber having a Shore hardness of 60-70 units; a distal portion of the body is made of silicone rubber having a Shore hardness of 20÷45 units containing a polydimethylsiloxane liquid; a lateral wall of the distal portion of the body has a vertical section openable when the distal portion of the body deforms under pressure of the working liquid while filling the bladder.

EFFECT: higher reliability and lifecycle of the device by avoiding the loss of the working liquid filling the bladder through the valve assembly that is ensured by the deformity protection of the distal portion of the body of the valve assembly, longer storage cycle of the device by preventing adhesion of the section walls on the lateral wall of the distal portion of the body of the valve assembly.
