PLATING METHOD FOR BULK-SIZED FIGURINE PRODUCE WITH USAGE OF COMPOUNDING SOLUTION OF LIQUID FILMS AND FACILITY FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC B05D1/18 B05C3/09 

FIELD: process.

SUBSTANCE: in plating method for bulk-sized figurine produce with usage of compounding solution it is implemented its touchdown to produce surface and drying. Before touchdown in contact space it is created vacuum 0.06-0.15 atm and there it is fed solution of viscosity 16-18 sec. DIN 4/20°C with velocity 2-3 mm/s. After touchdown it is implemented solution discharge with velocity 0.5-0.8 mm/s. Facility for this method implementation contains tank corresponds hermetic chamber, walls of which are made of figurine elements with curvature of surface, corresponding to produce curvature of surface. Hermetic chamber in its bottom part is connected to additional tank by means of hydraulic pump and by pipe joint, and in top part is connected to vacuum pump. Method and facility provide high results reproducibility for receiving of specified coating thickness irrespective of its overall dimensions and curvature of surface, because of produce during plating process is held stationary, at that it is used minimal quantity of compounding solution, as far as clearance between chamber walls and produce surface can be from 5 till 10 mm.

EFFECT: it is provided high results reproducibility for receiving of specified covering thickness.
