FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: charge layer of preset thickness is formed and foamed by means of heating with the rate of 415-1450°C/min. Then subsequent layer is formed at the stage of viscous glass phase in the previous layer from raw material with increased refractory property. At least one layer of block is formed with application of natural loams with alumina content of 17.1-20.9 wt %, or mixture of natural loams with increased alumina content and natural coaly-clayey slates with mass ratio within the limits of 2:1-1:2. Specified layer from raw material with increased refractory property is not foamed but burned for 5-15 minutes at sintering temperature, and further cooled in preset mode.
EFFECT: increase of mechanical strength of multilayer porous glass ceramic block.
