FIELD: processing raw material.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of production of gaseous, liquid and/or solid fuel and can be used in utilisation of wastes of vegetative origin based on lignin, starch, cellulose, polyose, humus compounds or their derivatives. Processing of raw material, selected from raw material based on lignin, humus acids, cellulose, starch, polyose or their derivatives with obtaining gaseous liquid and solid fuel mixtures is realised by dry distillation with simultaneous exposure to ionising radiation and temperature. Radiation of raw material is carried out by electric or other ionising radiation in process of dry distillation at high temperature without access of air. Distillation of volatile target products is carried out in gas current, mainly gaseous alkanes, hydrogen or water vapour at moderate or reduced pressure. To increase conversion yield and to regulate ratio of liquid, gaseous and solid fractions the process of processing is performed cyclically in closed loop, returning part of gases and vapour to the head of process. Additional controlling factors depending on composition of initial raw material can be application of hydrocarbon addictives, preliminarily ozonisation or alkalisation of initial mass, its partial biochemical degradation, use of catalysts.

EFFECT: increasing degree of raw material utilisation and yield of valuable fractions of fuel hydrocarbons.
