FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: valve body incorporates three valves linked to the valve stem, i.e. a control, shutoff and additional valves. The plate-type shutoff valve is arranged downstream of the control valve with its seat with a sealing element being aligned with the stem in the valve body. The shutoff valve comprises an axial throat, a sealing element and a sealing surface. The stem lower end is furnished with an extra gate designed to interact with the shutoff valve sealing element. The control valve represents a sleeve-plunger furnished with radial symmetric holes and radial slots, the holes being arranged on the lower end face side and the slots being made between the upper end face and radial holes. The aforesaid sleeve-plunger is aligned with the fixed seat representing a tubular seat with radial holes aligned with the sleeve-plunger holes in open state. The seat tubular part in line operating mates the sleeve-plunger in open operation. A pin is arranged on the stem, ahead of the aforesaid additional gate, its end extending beyond the stem diameter to be located in the sleeve-plunger radial slots.
