FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and accessories and is designed to be installed gas production sites for shutting off and controlling transported medium. Proposed multipurpose valve incorporates a body with inlet and outlet channels, said body housing two gates coupled with the driven stem. First gate, a relief one, represents an additional stem with a groove, collar and sealing surface arranged on its end. Aforesaid stem passes through the body axial bore, its start being arranged in the inlet channel. Additional stem is arranged to axially move and to be locked at extreme positions. Relief stem end with a collar and sealing surface is arranged coaxially inside the second multipurpose gate. Relief gate, in one of its extreme positions, interacts with aforesaid sealing element to shut off relief hole of multipurpose gate. The latter is furnished with a sealing surface and arranged in seat with sealing surface, the seat being furnished with tubular holes running along medium flow as far as to aforesaid sealing element. The seat tubular part ID till said sealing element mates the multipurpose gate OD. The multipurpose gate is shifted radially by additional stem along the seat tubular part from sealing element. The body central part is furnished with radial groove accommodating the stem with a slot made on its end. Aforesaid slot receives short arm of L-shape lever fitted on shaft to turn thereabout. The lever longer arm accommodates a stop interacting with the additional stem groove. Inlet channel communicates via the body orifices with outlet channel with the multipurpose gate open. The said multipurpose gate, behind the sealing surface is tubular and furnished with radial holes, their number and size being identical to those in tubular part of the seat. The multipurpose gate OD features stepwise shape till the aforesaid sealing surface. Smaller diameter stage is arranged on the sealing surface side to form, together with the seat tubular part, a space communicating, via a channel, with that above larger diameter stage. Proposed multipurpose gate allows simultaneous opening/closing of the seat and gate radial holes.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety, longer life.
