FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: valve consists of a body with inlet and outlet passages. In the body there arranged is a two-stage shutoff control gate connected with a stock moved by a drive. Both stages of the gate are located parallel relative to each other and to the stock. Each stage is a shutoff control plunger with holes and a sealing surface, which is located in the seat made in the form of a perforated bush with holes and a sealing element. Shutoff control plunger of the first stage is connected to the stock at the end of which located outside the body there made is a slot. Seat and the second stage of the gate are turned at 180 degrees. The second stage is installed with the possibility of being moved opposite the first stage of the gate with the stock. The second stage of the gate is connected to the additional stock the end of which located outside the body is provided with a slot. Arms of equal-arm balance are located in slots of both stocks and connected thereto by axes. Balance is installed on the axis with the possibility of being turned thereon and synchronous opening of two seats of the gate by moving the stock.
EFFECT: improving reliability, and increasing life time of the valve.
