FIELD: physics; electricity.

SUBSTANCE: compressive deformation of springing element is measured. Electric machine is connected to working machine through chain or pulley gear. And using resistance strain gauge and strain relay compressive deformation of springing element mounted in electric and working machine coupling site is measured. Device contains springing element, resistance strain gauges fixed on springing element and connected by circuit strain-gage bridge, strain relay measuring elastic compression deformations. Electric and working machines are connected through chain or pulley gear. Springing element is established in electric and working machine frames coupling site with resistance strain gauges orientated to compression load deformation measurement. Measurement device is provided with electric signal multiplier unit to constant value force unit transfer to rotation moment unit.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of rotation moment measurement.
