FIELD: physics; transportation.
SUBSTANCE: operating platform for operator position during nuclear fuel recharge on vessels with nuclear steam plant includes interconnected platforms, rail barriers and traps. Operating platform consists of at least two platforms connected by strainers. Strainers are mounted in boards with through slots and fixed nuts with washers adjusting gap between platforms. Platform is mounted on steam generator cap eyebolts tilted against platform symmetry axis, by hooked bolts adjusting platform position against reactor axis. Platform features boards and scuppers for deactivation solution collection, and arm supporting power and recharge equipment control cables. The arm can rotate around its axis. Also the platform includes annular base protecting reactor instruments from mechanical damage, a shutter between platform and base, preventing radioactive contamination.
EFFECT: improved operational safety, reduced radiation impact amount on personnel; reduced radioactive contamination, prevention of cable twisting; reduced time of platform resetting during reactor recharge, enhanced operation reliability and manoeuvrability of operating platform.
