FIELD: individual supplies.
SUBSTANCE: footwear with forced ventilation and damping relates to footwear production in light industry. The structure may be used in medium heel footwear production. The footwear has an upper part, main insole, and removable insole and formed sole with heel, where three-chamber pneumatic pump is installed. Pneumatic pump is provided with three chambers for air supply to plantar foot part and closed with round plates from above. The said round plates are cut in the main and removable insoles. There is a number of open-end slots and holes made in the plates. The three-chamber pneumatic pump cylinder bottom rests upon the internal surface of heel cavity. The low piston is leant against retracting and cushioning spring. The channels of air distributing system are made on the footwear sole surface not engaged in walking. The outlet of discharge pipelines are located right under the proper hole made in the main and removable insoles of the footwear sole. The shim is provided with grooves made in each 90° to hold it tighter by balls located in pneumatic pump cylinder wall. After adjustment, a plug made from the same material is inserted in the sole hole. During walking, in the front push area, load increase is transferred to the footwear heel where cut-in discs are available in the main and removable insoles. The load is then transferred to the upper piston of pneumatic pump through the said round plates. The air is forcibly released from the upper chamber by piston through the holes available in the said piston, main and removable insoles to blow and cool heel and back part of foot. The pump piston-rod actuates the low piston, which releases air from the low chamber through the exhaust outlet and delivers it to the distributing system of air pipelines to blow and cool toe part of foot. Simultaneously, it compresses retracting and cushioning spring. Air is pumped from the environment to the corresponding chamber during back push. Air is moved in medium chamber as in opposition phase.
EFFECT: technical result is achieved when footwear is used and lies in increased conform due to forced blowing on plantar surface of foot and foot sides by means of three-chamber pneumatic pump.
