FIELD: packing .
SUBSTANCE: dispenser includes mobile unit implemented so that it can move with relation to tubular channel. Mobile unit has bottom, control unit and mobile unit interlocks. When items are packed, mobile unit is completely within the case and access to control unit is impossible. Interlocks in blocking state prevent displacement of mobile unit being in packing position in ejection direction with regard to case. When mobile unit bottom is pressed in axial direction, which is opposite to ejection direction, interlocks transfer to unblocked position and release mobile unit outwards to a certain position, in which control unit projects the case edges and is made accessible for user.
EFFECT: simple extraction of moving element from case.
