Method involves inserting material under pressure from runner into cavity of molds for outer and inner casings so as to form at least one detachment place between outer and inner casing, with the latter being made integral with applicator mold; removing outer casing from mold and coaxially withdrawing outer casing rod through front opening of outer casing; ejecting applicator casting by pushing inner casing from rod adapted for inner casing within cavity of mold for inner casing of clamping unit.
