SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for packing and distributing cosmetic product. Invention aims at producing device locking random axial motion. Proposed device comprises case 12 and support cup 20. The latter makes the seat of said product and can move between storage place and place of use relative to said case. Proposed device comprises also the drive of said cup consisting of guide sleeve 15, shell 16 embracing said sleeve and cup control member 32. Said devices comprise also appliances 66, 74 to prevent rotation of aforesaid shell 16 and interact therewith, and appliance 62 to drive aforesaid appliances 66, 74.
EFFECT: possibility to transfer said product from storage position to that of its reliable use.
