SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to applicators for issuing liquid glue. An applicator contains: a case, a holder for holding the source of the issued liquid glue, a nozzle mounted on the case for issuing liquid glue, an elongated filling chamber inside the case for receiving liquid glue from the holder, an elongated pressure chamber in the case for receiving liquid glue from the filling chamber, a piston assembly having a piston located in the pressure chamber and made with the possibility of moving in the first direction for retracting liquid glue from the filling chamber into the pressure chamber, as well as in the second, opposite, direction for transferring liquid glue from the pressure chamber to the nozzle, a drive device made with the possibility of performing a step-by-step movement of the piston in the second direction for issuing measured doses of liquid glue, and the first actuator for controlling the drive device for the purpose of performing the specified step-by-step movement. The pressure chamber and the filling chamber are located coaxially to each other.
