FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: kappa, precisely fitting at least some of the teeth of upper or lower dental arch of the patient, is intended for applying of medications to the teeth and gums. Kappa is made of elastic material, molded according to the teeth and tissue of the gums. Kappa contains at least one deepening, molded according to the teeth. In the place corresponding to the gum line of the patient the deepening is sealed to press on the gum line of the patient, whereat the teeth are rested in the deepening. Deepening contains certain amount of medication for treatment. When kappa is put on patient's teeth, medication gets tight to the surface of teeth; and seal presses it under the gum and into every gingival pocket near the teeth. If necessary, pushing agent may be placed into the deepening, creating pressure inside and pressing medication to the teeth even tighter making it reach into every gingival pocket near the teeth of the patient. There is also a proof method of application of medication to the teeth and gums of the patient.

EFFECT: ensures sealing around the teeth adjoining infected areas for application of medication and preventing medication from leaking.
