SUBSTANCE: massager comprises a base with at least one massage element. In the central part of the base there is a stepped groove of curvilinear shape in the plane of the base, which is two identical curvilinear parts conjugated to each other and looking in different directions relative to the axis of their conjugation. In this slot there is a large insert mating the slot, on the lower part of which there is a longitudinal rectangular projection mating the lower step of the stepped slot. At the same time with offset to the edge from the central part of the base there is a second stepped slot of curvilinear shape, in which a mating shape of a smaller insert with a projection made on the lower part is installed. In said inserts, at least four holes are made: at least one hole in smaller insert, and at least three holes are in the larger insert, with threaded metal inserts located in them of increased strength relative to the strength of the material of the said larger and smaller inserts. In addition, in said threaded metal inserts replaceable metal pins with wound replaceable massage elements in the form of polyurethane balls are installed, inside of which there are embedded elements with internal thread with possibility of winding on said pins and additional strength during self-massage.
