FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has conducting bushing and two conducting caps mounted on its ends. External surfaces of the caps have various microelements and different values of electrode potential. Cylindrical dielectric tube is arranged between ring-shaped ends of both caps above the bushing. One and/or both caps and the bushing containing magnetizable material are magnetized. Maximum magnetic field intensity on external capsule surface is selected within the limits of 1-100 mcTesla units. Internal capsule cavity is partially or completely filled with non-organic or organic crystalline substance like colophony, sulfur or paraffin. The capsule is placed in oral cavity and slowly moved along gums with the use of muscles of tongue, cheek and lips making 5-30 s long pauses. One procedure is 10-30 min long. One or two procedures are given per day. The total treatment course is 10-30 days long. One or three treatment courses are administered per year.
