FIELD: process flows.
SUBSTANCE: in order to coat base surface with composition of powder coating and develop a smooth film the composition of power coating is applied to the base surface, melted and cured with use of pulse near infra-red radiation. The pulse near infra-red radiation includes the following stages: heat supply at 20-50% capacity of near infra-red radiator for the time required for adhesion of power coating with base surface; heat removal to allow for coalesce and adhesion of power coating with base surface; and heat supply at 80-100% capacity of near infra-red radiator to develop smooth cured film on the base surface.
EFFECT: improved smoothness of coating.
