FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing the powder finishing coatings on metallic or non-metallic surfaces using composites of powder coating containing resin cross-linked by functional groups able to form hydrogen bonds. Functional groups are taken in concentrations above 100 mmole per 1 kg of the powder coating composite. The composite of powder coating is applied on backing, melted and hardened using the radiation source in the nearest (long-wave) infrared range of spectrum.
