FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: for hardening of powdery coat (1) BIK-radiators (2) are used on base surface that operate in the range of wave lengths from 760 to 1500 nm. Process of coat hardening is monitored by means of registration of heat radiation (3) emitted by coated base in the process of hardening. Heat radiation is measured with infrared optical system (4), scanned and transformed into electric signals, these signals are put together in image, and different shades of colors are associated with individual pixels as function of perceived infrared radiation.
EFFECT: provides efficient, complete and high quality hardening of coating.
