FIELD: process flows.

SUBSTANCE: multihole drawing unit includes drawing dies equal to a number of simultaneously processed wires and also drive motor and transmission with flexible infinite element. Drawing dies are fixed in bearing-mounted bushings with rotating capacity. Power transmission that connects drawing dies and rotation drive is facilitated owed to contact of one side of the flexible element with drawing dye's pulley mounted on the bushing and pressure rollers installed from another side against them and served to press flexible element to the pulley and ensure frictional bond between them. Rollers are made spring-controlled and installed with possible control of pressing force. Each wire is passed through the dedicated drawing die where it obtains a round section and specified diameter. During operation all drawing dies are rotated by transmission that is followed by reduction of drawing friction resulted in less wire breakage rate and drawing die wear.

EFFECT: facilitated design and operation of wire manufacturing line.
