FIELD: technological processes; tool.

SUBSTANCE: manual tool contains hollow handle with the following components installed in it: power supply source with glow lamp, switch, protecting transparent plate and head of cap key of actuating element on the one end of hollow handle, two pins installed in openings of actuating element and steering control installed in the other end of hollow handle. Two pins are arranged in the form of cones spring-loaded with separate elastic elements, which are installed in separate channels. Hollow handle and head of cap key of actuating element are arranged as two separate independent parts, which are connected between each other with the help of two rectangular bulges that are installed in hollow handle, and two faces of rectangular profile that are located in head of cap key. Connection of hollow handle end and steering control is made as detachable and is reinforced with four rectangular bulges that are installed in hollow handle in diametrically opposite planes and four faces installed in steering control.

EFFECT: increase of reliability during operation in hard-to-access and low-lighted places.
