FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes heating of molded material and its supply under pressure through flow gates into shape-generating cavity with simultaneous air removal from it. Then it is maintained under pressure at the temperature of molding, pressure dropping and cooling. At that molded material is supplied in amount of not less than five percent more than the volume required for part molding. Excessive material is pressed through the whole volume of molding cavity.
EFFECT: high quality of thin-walled parts manufacture from different materials.
