FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extrusion of plastic materials. Extrusion tool is designed to control the distribution of fused plastic between extrusion head and extrusion outlet for forming of continuous plastic pipe. This tool comprises channels drilled over tool length with spaced apart inlets in extrusion head to receive fused plastic at pressure. Outlets are arranged nearby and ahead of extrusion outlet. Note here that said extrusion outlet is made between inner and outer walls for extrusion of fused plastic to get plastic pipe. Note here that said drilled channels converge from inlets to outlets.
EFFECT: higher duration, simplified fabrication.
