FIELD: transportation, aviation.
SUBSTANCE: for fluid emission from reservoir located on aircraft (AC) board the pushing tool made up of two linked steps is used. This tool is subjected to aerodynamic force of airflow running over AC. Fluid is pushed out at speed equal to the speed of AC movement. Fluid movement is created by means of one step of pushing tool (piston) penetration into airflow and the second step accommodation in reservoir with possibility of axial movement.
EFFECT: enhancement of efficiency of targeted fluid emission for isolation and extinguishing large-area fires.
