FIELD: fire protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fire extinguishing systems (FES), namely, to methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the fire extinguishing system of aircraft compartments by determining the volume concentration of the extinguishing agent in the protected compartments of an aircraft during testing on brassboards and aircraft for compliance with regulatory requirements. The expected result is achieved due to the fact that samplers are excluded from the free volume of the compartment, which affect the multiplicity of ventilation, significantly complicate the test procedure and limit the information content and accuracy of the results by the parameters of the equipment used in processing the results (samples taken).
EFFECT: reducing the error of measuring the concentration of the extinguishing agent.
